One of the breweries longest standing beers, inspired by classic American ale style. We use a huge amount of Cascade hops and some Crystal malt to give a big grapefruit flavour to balance the toffee and biscuit base.

Our Golden Ale is refreshing and complex that has a beautiful golden colour. The use of Saaz, Cascade and Centennial has been designed to infuse the classic flavours of lager with a more developed hop forward character.

SAINTS TOWER - 5.8%

Named after St Augustine's tower by Hackney Central. Brewed with saintly golden syrup, this IPA pours a rich Amber and smells of raisins, peaches and honey. Levels of clementines and lemon rind with resinous pine, hazel, birch and a chestnut pithiness that leads you towards the crisp bitter finish.

OKAWARI KUDASAI - 6%

A Saison Inspired by Japan. We brewed this beer using sushi rice, green tea and Sorachi Ace. The smooth dry finish of saison yeast matches really nicely with Sorachi Ace, a Japanese heritage hop that imparts flavours of bubblegum and lemongrass. It balances beautifully with a wonderful green tea freshness.

TOAST - 5%

It is brewed with 100% of the profits go to Feedback UK, a charity that is fighting to reduce food waste. We slice, toast and mash the bread to make breadcrumbs ready for the brewing process. The toasted bread adds caramel notes that balance the bitter hops. Brewed with Centennial, Cascade and Bramling Cross.

BARLEY WINE - 9%

A traditional high in alcohol and malt driven style. Ours is a blend of the American and British classics. Using a huge amount of British malt gives sweet caramel flavours, over a full bodied base. We've used some US hop varieties, Columbus and Chinook, to give a it a touch of orange bitterness and flavour to balance the high alcohol content. Once we brewed it we then aged it at the brewery for months until it had matured enough to be enjoyed.

RASPBERRY KRISTALLWEIZEN - 5%

Brewed with real raspberries. A refreshing fruit beer with a very slight bitterness and a deliciously dry finish. Based on classic German style hefeweizen beers, we filter it so it's not too thick and filling. Serve chilled for a clean, crisp and rounded experience.

Our Kegged range is available all year round. After fermentation they are conditioned for a week before carbonation. Our Lager is conditioned for four weeks to make sure it has matured enough

Little Islands is based on our Session IPA with a Trans-Pacific twist. Mixing both American and New Zealand hops to give a big tropical and citrus burst.

Our red is a stunning colour. A hearty malt base forms the backbone. It is then generously dosed with big classic C hops. Leaving a tasty treat of citrus and caramel.

CASKS

Our cask range is available all year round. We produce the beer in 900 litre batches daily. Fermentation takes a week then the beer is cask conditioned for another week. None of it is filtered or pasteurised, so you get the freshest beer available every time.

Our craft series allows us to experiment with new ingredients, hop combinations and exciting styles.

We hunt down rare, new and hard to get hops to produce a variety of beers. We try and keep it seasonal and offer something that won't be found anywhere else.
